It's hard to say what the date is related to, or if it's real, but we'll keep an eye for more information.

Fears of the conspiracy community: The IMF will be used as a tool to help control world currency. Also it is feared that people like Legarde will be helping to usher in the microchip, or similar banking function, that could act as a possible mark of the beast.
